Boucher domed pin & earrings set
Quite an inventive way of using baguettes in this cushion style brooch and clip earrings set from Boucher. The lt sapphire baguettes are set in rhodium plated channels meeting at the top under a button type cap encrusted with crystal chatons. When I purchased this I thought it was Boucher but didn't see the mark. The style number (5314) is on the brooch but the phygrian mark is almost obliterated. I wasn't 100% sure until I found the patent (#170300) from 1953.
Marked with the phygrian cap and style number 5314, the brooch measures 1.5" in diameter, the matching clip earrings 1". There are 8 replacement baguettes in the set with no other issues to mention.
